Issued to individuals who have completed a Fellowship with E4C under E4C's Fellowship program. The E4C Fellowship is a 5-month, remote workforce development program supporting the development and strengthening of early-career technical professionals' professional, technical, and networking skills in Engineering for Sustainable Development.
In order to earn this credential, individuals must have participated in and completed the E4C Fellowship program. This includes completion of all aspects of the Learning Program within the E4C Fellowship and of an Impact Project supporting a partner of E4C in addressing a sustainable development-focused challenge or problem.

Earning Criteria
Optional
Completed the E4C Fellowship Learning Program. This typically requires:
- Attendance of 80+% of Learning Modules (live or asynchronously)
- Completed E4C's Introduction to Engineering for Global Development digital course
- Demonstrated understanding of Technology Assessment through completion of product report assignment aligned to E4C's Solutions Library framework
- Satisfactory completion of project based learning
Completed an E4C Impact Project supporting an E4C partner in addressing a sustainable development-focused problem or challenge. This is assessed based on satisfactory submission of deliverables and completion of tasks per the project's Scope of Work.
Embodied E4C culture through participation at and engagement with Small Group Calls for training and networking, Learning Modules under the Learning Program, 1:1 mentorship meetings, and optionally, other networking and skill-building opportunities.
