E4C Managing Fellow

Issued to individuals who have completed a Fellowship with E4C as a Managing Fellow. The E4C Fellowship is a 5-month, remote workforce development program supporting the development and strengthening of early-career technical professionals' professional, technical, and networking skills in Engineering for Sustainable Development. In order to earn this credential, individuals must have participated in and completed the E4C Fellowship program as an Managing Fellow. This includes managing, mentoring and supporting the training of a small group of Fellows; supporting their engagement with the program at large, including their participation in our Learning Program and their delivery of an Impact Project in collaboration with a partner of E4C addressing a sustainable development-focused challenge or problem.

Achieved E4C Managing Fellow learning outcomes through completion of E4C Managing Fellow training and ongoing training/development sessions and practice. Gained practical experience in leadership, facilitation, and communication with Fellows, partners, and the Fellowship program management team.

Managed and supported assigned Fellows and associated clients to successful completion of their E4C Impact Projects supporting E4C partners in addressing sustainable development-focused problems or challenges. Completed assigned deliverables associated with their role managing their Fellows including the review of technology assessment product reports, and ensured completion of Impact Project scopes of work by Fellows.
participation
Embodied E4C culture through participation and engagement with Small Group Calls for training and networking, Learning Modules under the Learning Program, 1:1 mentorship meetings, and optionally, other networking and skill-building opportunities.
